Production Manager
The Manufacturing Engineering Manager reports to the Director of Manufacturing Engineering and is responsible for leading a team of highly-qualified engineers. The role includes driving cost, quality, and productivity improvements through automation technology.
The manager motivates the Manufacturing Engineering Team and ensures they are driving improvements in key metrics such as first pass yield, cycle time, HPUs, and COPQ. In addition, the manager will be responsible for driving employee engagement and development.
